Characteristics of PBT

A, mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, size stability, creep is also small (very little change under high temperature conditions);

B, heat aging: enhanced UL temperature index of 120~140ºC(outdoor long-term aging is also very good);

C, solvent resistance: no stress cracking;

D, water stability :PBT is not easy to decompose in water at room temperature (use caution in high temperature and humidity environment);

E. Electrical performance:

1, insulation performance: excellent (humidity, high temperature can also maintain stable electrical performance, is the ideal material for manufacturing electronic, electrical parts);

2, dielectric coefficient :3.0-3.2;

3, arc resistance: 120S
